This Ramen is very tender in texture and it has a natural curly look. With the curly noodles, you can have a less salty soup as it can easily "capture" the soup together with the noodles while you're slurping them.
 
You can purchase the Somi Paitan Ramen Soup Base to make the Ramen Soup Broth within 5 minutes. Boil your noodles separately in water in order not to "spoil" the soup taste (optional) and drain them thoroughly. Pour in the hot Ramen Soup broth and serve.
 
You may also make Miso Ramen Broth by getting the Mikochan White Miso Paste or Itacho Red Miso Paste (or even both).
