Itacho Red Miso Paste / Itacho Aka Miso [1KG / PACKET]
 
This Red Miso has a strong and salty taste, with smooth and soft texture. Itacho Aka Miso are normally used for making Miso Soup (which will give a stronger and flavorful taste), stir-fry dishes, and marinates for meat, poultry or even vegetables.
 
Many chefs would mix half Itacho Aka Miso and half Mikochan Shiro Miso into their Miso soup to give that flavorful taste.
