Marukome Shiro Dashi Kombu Miso / Marukome Ikkyusan Dashi Kombu Shiro Miso [1KG / PACKET]


This White Miso is already mixed with Dashi (Bonito) and Kombu (Kelp) flavorings; giving it an additional fragrance taste. Thus; there is no need to add extra seasonings to your miso soup if you are using this.



How to cook Miso Soup within 10 minutes using Marukome Dashi Miso (4 Servings):

  1. Soak about 50g of Cut Wakame Kelp for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare 1 packet of Aburaage / Beancurd Pouch and cut into small slices (or you may replace them with other desired types of tofu).
  3. Boil 1L of water in a pot.
  4. Add your Cut Kelp and Beancurd Pouch to boil for about 3 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and sieve 80g / 4tbsp of Marukome Dashi Miso into the soup.
  6. Turn on the heat again to make sure that the soup is hot.
  7. Immediate turn off the heat when the water starts to boil.
  8. Your miso soup is ready to serve!
