Mizkn Su is made from a blend of wheat-derived alcohol, rice, corn and sake. Unlike other types of vinegar, this Mizkan Grain Vinegar has a milder taste and little acidity flavor; which is perfect for making it into sushi vinegar. It is also great to be used in salad dressings, hotpot sauces and marinates for meat.
