Ito Shiro Shirataki [200gm / Packet]


This Shirataki noodles are made from yam and has a very chewy texture just like our vermicelli / cellophane noodles. However, this contain neither calories nor carbohydrates, and it is very high in fibre just like the Ita Kuro Konnyaku (that we sell); thus, it is one of the best seller among people who are very health conscious. 
You just simply just add this into your steamboat party instead of having normal noodles, eat more & gain no weight! What a win-win situation!


Try it: Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage with Shirataki

  • Prepare some dried shrimp, chinese cabbage (washed and cutted into bite size), this Shirataki, and Yamasa Shoyu for seasoning.
  • Add some oil into the pan, start frying the shrimp for a minute or so.
  • Add in the chinese cabbage and some water (enough to cover the bottom of pan).
  • Boil until the cabbage is becoming soft and ready, add in the Shirataki to boil too.
  • Mix in the Yamasa Shoyu to taste & this dish is ready to serve!
