Ishino Saikyo Shiro Miso / Sweet White Miso Paste [500gm / Packet]


This white miso paste is originated from Kyoto / Kansei region. It tends to be colour from light beige to golden yellow (depending the on the type and the storage method). This white miso paste is fermentated for only a period of 3 months, which gives it a distintive sweet flavour, thus it is good to be used as a marinating ingredient for fishes, such as cod fish and even salmon.
