Sakura Ebi [200gm / Packet]


Sakura Ebi are small shrimps, that are about 4-5cm long. These small shrimps are air-dried, giving them this pinkish look and crispy texture. As for the taste, they are very sweet, even sweeter as compared to the Chinese "hei-bi". 


Try this: Sakura Ebi Aglio Olio

  • Have your pasta, olive oil, chopped garlic, sakura ebi, parsley ready.
  • Start by cooking your pasta in boiling water, and drain it dry and leave aside.
  • In a new pan, add some olive oil to heat.
  • Put in the chopped garlic and stir-fry it to golden color.
  • Next, add in the sakura ebi and fry it a little.
  • Continue by adding in the cooked pasta into the pan, stir-fry them together to a good mix.
  • Lastly, add the parsley (to the amount you prefer) and turn off the heat.
  • Your pasta is ready to be served!
