What is GOMA Dressing?
Goma, in Japanese, is known to be Sesame. Thus, Japanese Goma Dressing is also known as Sesame Dressing, or Roasted Sesame Dressing - depening on how the manufacturer produced the product.
Goma Dressing are really creamy and has a very fragrant sweet and a hint of sour taste.

#2 - Kewpie Goma no Tare (JAPAN Import)

Kewpie's Roasted Sesame Dressing on the other hand is more onto the savoury and sweeter side, with a little hint of sour taste.
It is also creamier and thicker as compared. Thus, it would be better to go with noodles or steamboat, hotpot or shabu shabu where there will be extra water with the ingredients to dilute the sauce a little.
Now, you may be wondering the difference between the smaller bottles found in Supermarket and this large bottle.
This 1 litre large bottle of Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing is manufacture in Japan and directly imported to Singapore. Thus, they are not easily found in common supermarkets.
The large bottle is usually for commercial and business use in Japan; thus, they are more thicker and also made according to the Japanese tastebuds.
